For maybe a year now, I've been telling all kinds of people about South Carolinian solo music project Toro y Moi. Now Broseph alerts me to the fact that he's been mentioned by Pitchfork, which generates slightly more traffic than this particular blog.
He'll probably have a deal with Merge and be on the cover of AP in a week or two, so stay slightly ahead of the curve by adding him on myspace right now.
