Apparently the Verve (one of the first bands I obsessed over at age 12ish) are reuniting. And bassist Simon Jones leaked some potential song titles in a blog entry.
I blog. I know how difficult it can be sometimes to come up with stuff to write about.
But who leaks song titles? I don't care about song titles when I can hear the actual songs---I certainly wouldn't care about song titles that are attached to no actual work. Is there anyone in the world who is such a fan of the Verve that they were excited by leaked Verve song titles?
Well, for the ultra-hardcore HMR fans (you know who you are), here's a special entry:
Leaked blog post titles I may or may not write:
1. Recaall recalled by Chinese manufacturer
2. This Flood Covers the Earth is not a Christian band. Really. Please stop asking.
3. More sheep stealing
4. Broseph not actually my brother
5. HMR purchased by Sony Music Group--Sloan buys banana farm in Costa Rica (and promptly runs it into the ground)
